In 2025 we were honored to bring on Jon Dompier as our Lead Supervisor. Jon brings with him a vast knowledge and has been working in the concrete construction industry for over 40 years. His experience includes residential, commercial / industrial, and military base work both in Alaska and Hawaii. Jon started his concrete career in the 1980’s with his dad and brothers when his dad started Dompier & Son’s in Anchorage, AK. Jon is happily married to his wife Jacque and the two have eight children together. Jon and Jacque are avid softball players / fans, enjoy spending time with family, and recently started riding motorcycles together. In addition to his experience, Jon is a great leader and mentor to the younger members of the crew. He is well liked and respected amongst the construction industry in Alaska.
